3. Purchases, payments & delivery

Purchases are processed via Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record / ecommerce provider). Payment processing and receipts are handled by the checkout provider. After purchase, you will receive access and/or delivery instructions for your product.

• Pricing: All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Taxes: Taxes may apply depending on your location and may be calculated at checkout.
• Access: Digital delivery may include downloads, onboarding pages, templates, and other assets.

4. License & permitted use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the product (or substantially similar derivatives) without written permission.

• You may customize templates for your business use.
• You may use message frameworks and playbooks internally with your team.
• You may not distribute templates, playbooks, or source materials to third parties.

Aura provides systems, frameworks, and educational content intended to support business execution. We do not guarantee results, revenue outcomes, or performance improvements. Your success depends on many factors including your offer, market, lead quality, pricing, and consistent execution.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the site or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Aura’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
