1. Digital products

Aura Design Systems sells digital products (including templates, frameworks, playbooks, and systems such as Follow-Up OS). Because digital goods are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

• You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge or billing error).
• You did not receive access after purchase and support could not resolve delivery issues.
• The product is materially different from what was described on the product page.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind after access or download has been provided.
• Failure to achieve expected results (outcomes depend on execution, offer quality, and market conditions).
• Improper use of the product, or lack of implementation.
• Violation of our Terms (including redistribution of digital assets).

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, submit a request via our secure contact form and include:

• Your order number or receipt reference (from Lemon Squeezy)
• The product purchased
• A brief explanation of the issue

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

5. Timing

We aim to review refund requests promptly. Processing time depends on the payment method and the checkout provider. Banks and card networks may take additional time to reflect the refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first via the secure form so we can assist. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in restricted access to products and services, where permitted by law.
